Oh yes we are unashamedly ‘Whovians’! And we are very excited to watch the anniversary special tonight…
In the meantime, we are going to visit our friend Liz for lunch. She was due to visit us today, but her car broke down on Thursday and her garage were too busy to get the car fixed before next week! The reason for this little get together is because it’s two other little peoples birthday today…
So we’ve put the soup we made for lunch into a flask, BBC2 is putting the finishing touches to the birthday cake he made for the boys (We know, we’re sad old codgers!) and we’re getting ready to go…
We will post the recipe for the cake, once BBC2 gets around to writing it up, along with some photos!
How lucky are we? A lovely lunch with a good mate, a little birthday party for the lads and, Dr Who, all in one day…YEY!
